Chicken Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
2 heaping Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Cut into small pieces.
Mix soup, sour cream and chicken.
In separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, poppy seed and melted butter.
Spread 1/2 of cracker mix in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour in chicken mix.
Spread the rest of the crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
