Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. water
2 c. diced mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. macaroni
Preparation

Melt margarine in pan; add flour.
Add milk in small amounts until smooth.
Then add water, salt and cheese.
Reduce heat until cheese melts and sauce begins to thicken.
Pour over 8 ounces of cooked macaroni.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
