Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bouillon cubes
    4 c. boiling water
    4 c. potatoes, cut in small pieces
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix bouillon cubes in water well; stir in potatoes, celery, onions, salt and garlic.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Cool and add cream cheese, blending well.
    Return to stove and simmer to reheat.
