Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk.
    Fold in blueberries (frozen can be used).
    Use paper-lined crinkle cups, fill 1/2 full and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 35 minutes.
