Layered Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small can mild enchilada sauce
    Velveeta cheese slices
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
    cumin to taste
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook green peppers and onion in a small amount of oil.
    Add hamburger; cook.
    Drain meat before adding cumin powder and salt. Pour enchilada sauce in saucepan and heat.
    Dip tortillas in sauce and layer tortillas, meat and Velveeta slices.
    Pour any remaining sauce over layers and heat.
