Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 1/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. freshly grated onion
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. horseradish
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Stir jello into
boiling
water.
Add
lemon
juice and salt. Refrigerate until
partially set.
Whip and add remaining ingredients. Pour into an 8-inch ring mold and refrigerate until set.
