Creole Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    10 c. stale French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 12 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Beat in sugar.
    Add milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add bread and raisins and let set 15 minutes before pouring into 9 x 13-inch pan or a 4-quart baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
