Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 lb. flour
    1 gal. stock
    salt
Preparation
    Put a cup of the flour in a shallow bowl.
    Make an indent with your fingers; break 1 egg into the dent, add a shake of salt to egg and mix with a fork to gather the flour into the egg.
    Do this until you can use your fingers to roll and knead the egg sponge you have made.
    Knead the sponge until it is firm and not sticky. Roll out on a flat surface with flour sprinkled on it.
    Cut into strips as wide as you like.
    I use a pizza cutter for this.
    Do this with each egg.
    Use more flour as needed.
    You can dry the noodles or drop them as is into boiling stock and simmer for 1 hour, covered.
