Double Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (2 layer cake size)
    1 pkg. Jell-O pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling (4 oz. serving size)
    3 eggs
    1 c. Club soda or water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly pressed.
    Cool in pans for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Cool on rack.
    Use the recipe for \"Pistachio Fluffy Frosting,\" in this cookbook to frost the cake.
