Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients except sugar.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients to this mixture.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Bake until done.
