Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck hamburger
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper each
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Quick Tender salt (Morton's)
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from aluminum foil.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Prick with fork while baking.
