Strawberry Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. skim milk
3 c. fresh or frozen whole strawberries (no sugar added), thawed (reserve 2 whole berries)
Aspartame sweetener (to equal 12 tsp. sugar)
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 egg whites (at room temperature)
1 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. granulated fructose
Crunchy Oat Crust
Preparation

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade, process strawberries until smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in sweetener, lemon juice and dissolved
gelatin. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon.
