Mother'S Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco
3 c. plain flour
6 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Combine sugar and Crisco.
Cream well.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Fold in egg whites.
Divide evenly into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and frost with Lemon Cheese Frosting.
