Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. heavy cream
1 lb. carrots, shredded
1/3 c. raisins
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple (packed in natural juice)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

In small bowl, with electric mixer on high, beat cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss to blend.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve immediately or cover and chill to serve later.
Serves 8.
