Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lb. sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
6 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
additional bread crumbs
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion and drain.
Mix together with all but last 4 ingredients.
Chill.
Roll in flour.
Mix eggs and milk. Dip balls in this mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
French fry. They are great.
