Mediterranean Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1 c. zucchini slices
    1/2 c. onion rings
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
    3/4 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Churny Feta cheese
Preparation
    Saute peppers, zucchini, onions and oregano in margarine. Stir in tomatoes.
    Continue cooking 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; top with cheese.
