Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. caramels
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip

Preparation

Crust:
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips until smooth.
Mix pecans with chocolate and pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Melt 1/2 cup caramels and pour on top on pecans and chocolate mixture.
