Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (5 to 6)
    1 medium onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. each butter, salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Slice
    and
    cook
    squash and onion until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 Cheddar cheese, milk and egg. Put in a buttered casserole dish.\tSprinkle with 1/2 cup
    cheese and Pepperidge Farm dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
