Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. fresh peas, cooked
4 slices bread, toasted and grated
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Remove skin and bones from the salmon, but do not drain.
Mix salmon and liquid together with the remaining ingredients.
Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
