Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. burger
    4 tsp. quick salt
    1 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. garlic
    3 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together and let stand 24 hours.
    Roll onto wax papered cookie sheets to 1/8-inch thick.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 until leathery.
