Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced potatoes
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 can Spam, diced
    bread crumbs
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dice potatoes for a medium-large casserole.
    Cook until tender and drain.
    Melt margarine; stir in flour until smooth.
    Add milk slowly until it gets thick and smooth.
    Pour over potatoes and add Spam.
    Pour in buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
