Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large baking potatoes
    1 tsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
    Line pan with aluminum foil. Spray generously with Pam.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 1/2-inch wide slices.
    Cut each slice into 1/2-inch wide strips. Mix all ingredients.
    Toss potatoes in mixture and place in pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, tossing once or twice, until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
