Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. finely ground pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, using only 1 cup of pecans. Shape into a ball.
Roll in remaining pecans.
Chill and serve with assorted crackers.
