Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. stuffing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes.
    Mix with carrots, sour cream, soup, mushrooms and 1/2 cup stuffing mix.
    Put in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix remaining 1/2 cup stuffing with the melted butter.
    Place on top of squash mixture. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
