Chilled Cantaloupe Soup With Cinnamon Plum Starburst - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dessert wine (Riesling)
    1 each cinnamon stick
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    2 cantaloupe
    10 Santa Rosa plums (save two plums for garnish)
Preparation
    In small saucepan combine wine and cinnamon stick, bring to a boil and reduce to 1/4 cup, stir in honey and chill.
