Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add to water, sugar and yeast.
    Sift in 3 cups flour and mix well.
    Add shortening and salt.
    Add 4 cups flour. Knead well.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and make out into rolls and let rise again until double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
