Blintzes (Crepes) With Raspberry Sauce(Makes 10 Servings; Breakfast - Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) container (low-fat if you wish) cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. Egg Beaters or 2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    10 prepared crepes (recipe follows)
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk (skim milk if you wish)
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters or 1 egg
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In medium bowl, blend flour, milk, egg and margarine.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
