Good Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut up
    4 medium onions, chopped
    3 green sweet peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. hot peppers, chopped
    3 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; cook for 45 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal at once. Place in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
