Arizona Barbecue Beef(Freezes Well) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast or brisket
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 buds garlic
    1 (No. 1 1/2) can tomatoes
    2 chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in large roasting pan.
    Add all ingredients except catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes per pound of meat.
    Cool.
    Remove fat and bone.
    Pull meat apart into bite size shreds and chunks.
    Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Reheat before serving on crisp buns.
    Serves 12 to 16.
