Lasagne Romana(Prepare In Advance) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 to 1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 1/4 c. to 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
4 to 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 to 3/4 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella
1/2 to 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation

The day before serving or early same day saute onions in hot oil until light brown.
Add beef and cook until red color is lost! Mix garlic with salt.
Add pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
Simmer, covered, 40 minutes.
Refrigerate until final preparation.
