Dijon Mustard Marinade(For Grilled Flank Steak Or London Broil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. grainy-style Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. lime juice or lemon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (Chinese)
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 c. water or less
Preparation
    Whisk together ingredients, adding water last.
    Place 3 1/2 to 4 pounds flank steak in large flat ceramic or glass dish.
    Pour marinade on top to coat.
    Then turn steak and coat other side. Prick with fork several times.
    Refrigerate covered overnight or for 5 to 6 hours.
    Grill steak and baste with marinade while grilling.
    Slice thinly to serve.
    Serves 8.
