Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, stir-fry half of the chicken (that has been cut into small strips) until browned. Remove. Repeat with remaining chicken.
