Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, boiled and deboned
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. broth from chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 boiled eggs
    1 c. frozen green peas
Preparation
    Mix chopped chicken, chopped eggs and all other ingredients and put in casserole dish.
    Top with toasted bread crumbs.
    Dot butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
