Microwave Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 small new red potatoes
    2 c. fresh green beans
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1 c. Italian herb-buttermilk dressing
    1 sliced tomato
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and green beans as directed in the microwave, approximately 6 to 7 minutes.
    No need to skin potatoes.
    Cut into small bite sized pieces.
    Remove from oven and add the dressing, plus ripe olives.
    Can also garnish top, after mixing well, with several slices of tomato.
    Delicious hot or cold.
    Serves 6.
