Creamy Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sliced ham
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Slice into thin slices to measure about 4 cups.
    Cut ham into small pieces.
    Arrange 1/2 potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole, then ham and rest of potatoes. Prepare sauce by heating butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
    Pour white cream sauce over the top.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
