Persimmon Pudding(Heritage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. ripe persimmons
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. grated sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Wash persimmons; press through colander and then mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add 1 cup coconut, if desired, before cooking.
