Enchilada De Pollo Con Chili Verde(Green Chili Chicken Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 whole chicken, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. chopped green chilies
    1/2 or 1 c. chopped onion
    shortening
    corn tortillas
    cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender, then shred.
    Combine chicken soup, mushroom soup, chicken, salt, garlic salt, green chilies and onion in a medium mixing bowl.
    Heat 1/2-inch of shortening in heavy pan at medium-high heat.
