1 lb. hot sausage (uncooked)
1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Mix well and roll into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet.
If not serving soon, refrigerate.
