Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots crisp-tender; drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Place carrots in baking dish.
    Combine next 3 ingredients plus cooking liquid.
    Mix and pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle cheese over top along with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
