Gilda'S Coffee Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. warm water with 1 heaping tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour

Preparation

Mix (in a large bowl) first 8 ingredients in order, with a spoon.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Sprinkle one 16 ounce package chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until well done in middle.
Cool and cut in squares.
