Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices stale French bread, broken up
    2 cans (13 oz. each) evaporated milk
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    6 eggs
Preparation
    In large bowl, soak bread in milk, water, sugar and vanilla. Let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add raisins, fruit cocktail, coconut and melted butter.
    Beat eggs well and add to mixture, mixing in well by hand.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
