Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 c. carrots
    2 c. celery
    1 large onion, cut fine
    4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salt
    pepper
    instant tapioca
Preparation
    Put stew beef in center of roasting pan.
    Place vegetables around meat.
    Mix together the soup, water and spices; pour over beef and vegetables.
    Sprinkle approximately 3 tablespoons instant tapioca over stew.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Keep cover on roaster while cooking.
    Stir and serve.
