Lucky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 boxes instant butterscotch or butter pecan pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix and spread over 2nd layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over cake.
