Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    oil
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese spread
    2 Tbsp. chopped red or green pepper
    2 crisply-cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
    sour cream as desired
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Fry shell in deep hot oil, 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain.
