Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole chicken
    onions (optional)
    Cheddar cheese, shredded and mixed with Monterey Jack cheese
    salt
    pepper
    red sauce
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook chicken and debone.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place tortillas on flat surface.
    On one end of the tortilla, place a small handful of chicken, then onions if desired. Top off with a handful of cheese.
    Roll tortilla and place in greased pan.
    Continue with this until chicken and cheese are gone or desired number of enchiladas.
    Top with 1/2 of red sauce.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Top with rest of red sauce.
    Makes 8 large enchiladas.
