Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1 c. sour cream
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size cubes.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Shake in plastic bag with flour.
    Brown with onions in butter.
    Add seasonings and water.
    Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add soup and mushrooms, stir in mix.
    Cook until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
    Heat mixture piping hot.
    Turn off heat and stir in sour cream.
    Serve over rice or wide noodles.
