Strawberry Shortcut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mini marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
2 c. thawed, sliced strawberries
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.
Mix flour, sugar, shortening, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla for 3 minutes.
Pour over marshmallows.
