Creamed Ground Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook ground beef in own fat on top of stove.
Crumble while cooking.
Add flour to ground beef while cooking on low heat (mix well, do not brown).
Add milk to beef and flour.
Stir to prevent sticking.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over toast, hot biscuits or hash brown potatoes.
