Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. shredded carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

With mixer, blend eggs and sugar together.
Blend in oil about 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
