Raw Potato Klushki Or Halushki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated potatoes
    1 to 2 eggs
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Drain water from potatoes.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Knead until smooth and hands are clean of dough. Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling salted water.
    Cook until Klushki float on top or until tender.
    Drain.
